Sunday, the 27th of January at 6:00 pm a new kind of event takes place at West Side Books:
We’ll celebrate three muses: We’ll host the first official and celebratory opening of the one-woman-photography show by Debra Lee Fanatia: nature, architecture, whimsy; visually arresting and very affordable art. Add to that a celebratory reading by local favorite and nationally known poet Joe Hutchison (Thread of the Real; The Earth-Boat; Marked Men (forthcoming in 2013!)) and music by accordionist Ron Tomasic. Whether your taste is toward classical, jazz, ethnic or modern music, Ron can play it, and yes, he takes requests!
Diversity, West Side Books be thy name. Join us at 6:00, party breaks up around 8:00. Photos, books and cds for sale. Admission, refreshments and fun are free.
