There will be no book intake on Saturday, June 14th for the Highlands Street Fair. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please come back and see us with your books the following Tuesday or the Saturday after. Thanks!
Here are a few guidelines for our book trade:
1.) We accept books for trade on Tuesdays & Saturdays only during normal business hours. If you have a large collection (more than three or four boxes), we ask that you call to schedule an appointment with us beforehand.
2.) In nearly every case, we offer in-store trade credit for used books. Your trade credit will be good for other used books only, and will be kept on record under your name.
3.) What sort of books do we accept? We’re interested in all topics and genres, though we tend to not take textbooks and romance novels. Remember – when accessing your used books for trade, we consider condition and our current stock levels.
That’s it! It’s that simple.
Please note – if you have a special collection, a large quantity of books, or something ancient and precious and you aren’t interested in trade credit, please give a call first (303-480-0220) or email us a description of what you have, and we’ll be in touch promptly.

If there’s a dealer we know who’d be a better fit for your very specialized collection, we’ll most likely send you to them. We’re in it for the long haul, and our reputation is built on the trust of our customers and colleagues. Thanks for choosing us.
